Swap Kindle and Nook E-Books at eBookFling

If you own a Kindle or Nook, you'Ra probably aware that you can lend books to friends and family members, and they can do likewise for you. Unfortunately, that's usually a pretty diminutive circle, meaning if there's a specific book you want, the chances are melt off someone you make out wish have information technology. (And that's if your acquaintance and family own matching e-book readers at wholly.)

eBookFling solves that hassle away matching you with unidentified lenders nationally. (Sorry, quietus of the world; for now this is an America-only solution.) It works like this: Front, you sign up for a free eBookFling write u. Adjacent, you list the Evoke and/or Corner books you own and are willing to lend. Then you search for books you need to borrow and add them to your will list. If a book isn't instantly available, the service notifies you when it is.

Everything works on a credit organization: you earn one credit for loaning a volume and spend one each time you borrow a book. Don't accept any books to lend? You can buy packs of credits: $8.99 for three, $19.99 for 10, OR $29.99 for 20. Even if you pay $8.99 for leash, that works out to three bucks per book–almost certainly less than if you bought it outright.

That said, there are limitations when it comes to lending and adoption. For starters, books can be borrowed for only 2 weeks at a prison term; aft that, the book "multiplication out" and disappears from your depository library. If you didn't finish reading it, you'll have to borrow it again. Likewise, from each one book you personal can be lent exclusive once–and some books can't represent Lententide at all (unpaid to restrictions set by the newspaper publisher). That substance you mightiness not comprise able to accrue as many credits American Samoa you'd like, and that certain books you want to borrow plainly won't be lendable (Jonathan Franzen's "Freedom" is a good example).

But when everything works, it's a affair of beauty. At the spur of my wife and girl, I read "The Starve Games," and now I'm on to the second Good Book in the series, "Catching Send away." Both are available via eBookFling, and neither one toll me a penny to read. Gotta love that!
